SALLY FOSTER AND JASPER HIGH SCHOOL BAND FUNDRAISER!

SEPTEMBER 3 – 18, 2009

 IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS – READ CAREFULLY!

 1). Put student’s name on ALL forms and envelope.

 2). Collect money when taking orders.

 3). Make checks payable to JASPER BAND BOOSTERS.(Please put student’s name and ID # on each check)

 4). IMPORTANT – Double check the order worksheets located in the catalogs and then carefully  total all rows and columns. Make sure all totals are at the bottom of the order form.

 5). On or before Friday, September 18,  remove the two-part order form from the catalog and put it and the money in the envelope.  Then, return envelope to the decorated box in the band room.    NOT THE BLACK BOX!

6). Do not allow students to sell door  to door.

 www.SallyFoster.com  is a great way for out of town family and friends to support our band. Go to the website.  Click on Seller Section and follow the menu.  Jasper Band’s account number is #551738 and don’t forget that the sale end date is September 18.  Students registering on-line   can notify others about the fundraiser.

 EVERYONE’S PARTICIPATION IS IMPORTANT! The band receives 50% profit for each item sold.  From that profit, 80% goes into your individual student account to help pay for a trip to Six Flags amusement park this spring and your band banquet ticket.  The remaining 20% goes into a band fund which helps pay for instruments, repairs, music,  parties, band camps, etc. Remember, while participation is a choice, the success of the band program and your child’s band experience depends on dollars raised from these fundraisers.
